While most interactions with clients will be conducted via telehealth platforms, you may occasionally meet clients in person within our supportive community clinic. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health and emotional needs, developing tailored treatment plans that fit their unique situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will entail working with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance abuse issues. You will also support clients navigating significant life changes, including relationship conflicts, crises, grief, and transitions. Qualifications\n
