Project ManagerThe Project Manager will serve as a high-impact partner to Sanctuary's executive and senior leadership team, leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that cut across functions, require organizational change, and are critical to the firm's growth and operating priorities. This is not a technical project management role. The position is designed for a strategy-oriented leader who can bring structure to ambiguous business challenges, translate strategy into executable workstreams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive initiatives from concept through adoption and measurable results.The ideal candidate brings a management consulting toolkit - ideally developed at a top-tier strategy consulting firm such as Bain, McKinsey, BCG, or a comparable environment - and has experience working on transformation, organizational effectiveness, operating model, growth, integration, and change initiatives. This individual will combine rigorous problem solving and executive-level communication with the ability to move teams from analysis to action.Requirements1. Enterprise Strategy & Strategic InitiativesPartner with executive and senior leaders to define, structure, and advance the firm's highest-priority strategic initiatives.Translate broad strategic objectives into clear problem statements, hypotheses, workstreams, milestones, decision points, and measurable outcomes.Lead cross-functional initiatives that may include organizational transformation, operating model design, integration, growth initiatives, process redesign, capacity and resource optimization, and enterprise effectiveness.Conduct structured analysis, synthesize complex information, and develop fact-based recommendations that enable leadership decisions.Create executive-ready materials that clearly articulate insights, options, tradeoffs, recommendations, risks, and required decisions.2. Change Management & Organizational TransformationDevelop and lead change strategies that address stakeholder alignment, communications, adoption, readiness, and sustained behavior change.Assess organizational impacts of strategic initiatives, including implications for roles, responsibilities, workflows, governance, decision rights, and ways of working.Partner with People & Talent, Communications, Operations, Technology, and business leaders to ensure change is understood, sequenced appropriately, and embedded across the organization.Identify resistance, adoption risks, and organizational barriers early and develop practical mitigation plans.Establish feedback loops and adoption measures to determine whether initiatives are achieving intended business and organizational outcomes.3. Executive Partnership & Cross-Functional LeadershipServe as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders by bringing structure, perspective, and disciplined problem solving to complex or ambiguous business issues.Facilitate executive and cross-functional working sessions that move teams toward decisions, clarify ownership, and accelerate execution.Influence stakeholders across functions and levels without relying on formal authority; surface misalignment and drive resolution of competing priorities.Maintain strong executive communication, including concise updates on progress, key decisions, dependencies, risks, and areas requiring leadership intervention.Create clear governance and accountability mechanisms so strategic initiatives maintain momentum beyond initial planning.4. Initiative Execution & Business OutcomesOwn strategic initiatives end-to-end, from initial scoping and business case development through implementation, adoption, and post-implementation assessment.Build practical execution roadmaps with clear owners, milestones, dependencies, success measures, and decision gates.Track progress against intended business outcomes rather than focusing solely on task completion, schedules, or traditional project administration.Proactively identify execution risks, organizational dependencies, and capacity constraints; escalate issues with recommended paths forward.Ensure initiatives transition effectively into business-as-usual ownership with clear accountability and measures of success.5. Enterprise Improvement & Strategic Problem SolvingIdentify opportunities to simplify how work gets done, improve organizational effectiveness, and strengthen enterprise execution.Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to diagnose root causes, evaluate alternatives, and recommend scalable solutions.Develop frameworks, playbooks, and repeatable approaches that improve Sanctuary's ability to execute strategic priorities across the organization.Bring an enterprise lens to decisions, balancing functional needs with broader firm priorities and long-term scalability.KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the wealth management or financial services industry.Strong preference for candidates with experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm such as Bain, McKinsey, BCG, or a comparable consulting environment.Strong knowledge of wealth management practices and financial products.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Ability to analyze complex issues and make strategic decisions.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related fieldMBA or other relevant advanced degree preferredLICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:PMP certification is not required. Change management or transformation credentials may be beneficial but are not a substitute for demonstrated strategic leadership experience.COMPENSATION:$200,000 Base Salary + Bonus
