Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to diagnose client needs accurately and develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly, providing various therapeutic modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy as well as telehealth services.

• Document treatment plans and ongoing client progress in accordance with company protocols, ensuring all records are meticulously maintained according to legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery and fill community mental health gaps, providing updates on client progress and ongoing needs.

• Utilize creative interventions and therapy techniques to assist clients in setting and achieving personal goals, employing practical strategies to cope with challenges.

• Engage in continuous professional development through supervision, case consultations, and peer support to foster your skills and expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will be working with a diverse clientele including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n
