Servicenow Business Analyst / Program Manager

Markon is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst / Program Manager to support a highly cleared Intelligence Community customer by driving business process improvement, workflow optimization, and program management activities. This role supports strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, ServiceNow-related initiatives, and operational process improvements to enhance mission support capabilities across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support ServiceNow-related business process improvement and workflow management activities
• Assist with strategic planning, program execution, and operational support efforts
• Gather and document business requirements and coordinate with technical and operational stakeholders
• Develop and maintain program documentation, reports, dashboards, and executive briefings
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, agendas, action items, and program review activities
• Support work-plan development, progress tracking, and risk management efforts
• Conduct training and stakeholder engagement sessions to support process adoption and organizational transition
• Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and standardization
• Support corporate action tasking and documentation efforts for leadership and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Management, or related field required and 8+ years of experience
• Experience supporting ServiceNow initiatives, workflow management, or business process improvement efforts
• Experience supporting Government programmatic activities or systems integration efforts
• Experience gathering business requirements and coordinating across stakeholder groups
• Experience developing presentations, reports, dashboards, and program documentation
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience with planning, meeting coordination, and progress tracking
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities and operational workflows preferred

Salary Range

USD $160,000.00 - USD $185,000.00 /Yr. The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
