Employment Category: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Enjoy your weekends off!)

Compensation: $18.00 – $22.00 / hour (Depending on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking an organized, friendly, and efficient Scheduling Coordinator to join our team immediately. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in managing the practice's heartbeat-our daily schedule. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a dental office, a knack for optimization, and a welcoming personality that keeps our patients smiling.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Productive Schedule: Execute standard dental scheduling procedures to optimize doctor and hygiene production while ensuring smooth patient flow.

• Patient Interaction: Warmly greet patients upon arrival, answer incoming phone calls, and respond to scheduling requests with excellent customer service.

• Appointment Confirmation: Proactively manage confirmation lists, follow up on missed appointments, and fill last-minute cancellations from a waitlist.

• Patient Records & Intake: Register new patients, update existing records, and collect necessary pre-appointment information.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical team and Dr. Clegg to ensure daily goals are met and the day runs seamlessly.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience working in a dental front office is required .

• Skills: Strong understanding of dental terminology, standard dental scheduling flow, and familiarity with dental practice management software.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a positive, empathetic "bedside manner."

• Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a true team player who thrives in a collaborative, family-oriented environment.
