We are looking for a punctual and reliable individual who has previous experience with Administration Office duties, Inventory Control and Order Selections to join our growing company.

The tasks in this role would include but are not limited to :

Answering phones and communicating messages

Adjusting shop inventory as well as par levels for job trailers

Running errands to pick up / drop off parts, tools, and admin running needs.

Notify Management of low stock items

Price checking as needed

Timesheet editing, per diem entries

ProScore Apprentice Entries - Mentor Apprentice Pairings and Time/data entry 

Booking hotels for our crew and recording room pairings

Maintain registration, inspection, and insurance renewal paperwork for our fleet of vehicles

Creating, Fulfilling and loading Pick Lists for our crew each week per active job in Sortly (our inventory application)

Keeping track of our attachments and equipment per site, maintenance intervals of equipment, equipment checklists.

Any other tasks delegated 

Starting at $21.50 per hour or the salaried equivalent
