Accounts Payable Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a Technology firm in Manhattan (Union Square area) to fill a 3-6 month Accounts Payable Coordinator contract role. This position has strong potential to evolve into a permanent position for the right candidate. For this search, SAP and Concur experience are mandatory requirements to be considered. Responsibilities:Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy, proper approval, and code to appropriate accounts.Match invoices to purchase orders, contracts, and supporting documentation.Process weekly and monthly payment runs via ACH, wire transfers, checks, and other payment methods.Monitor accounts payable aging and ensure timely payments to municate professionally with vendors regarding payment status, account reconciliation, and issue resolution.Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities related to Accounts Payable.Qualifications:Previous experience with SAP and Concur are mandatory requirementsBachelor's degree is preferred2+ years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience.Schedule:3 day per week in office (2 days remote)40 hour work week, start timeend time between 8:30 - 9 AM and 5:30 - 6 PMCompensationBenefits:Hourly Rate: 30 per hour; Salary on the permanent side would cap at 62kMedical, Dental, Vision, 401k are available to associateThis client is looking to make a quick decision.
