Associate Store Director

Overview The Associate Store Director partners with the Store Director to lead store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional luxury client experience. This role coaches and develops Client Advisors and Team Managers, represents the brand, and steps in as Store Director when required. The Associate Store Director ensures operational integrity across merchandising, inventory, loss prevention, and visual standards while fostering a high-performing, client-centric culture. Responsibilities Lead teams to deliver superior client-centric service, clienteling, and after-sales experiences to maximize loyalty and satisfaction. Coach, develop, and support Team Managers and Client Advisors through performance management, training, and career development conversations. Drive sales performance and KPIs through floor leadership, allocation of staff, local events, and client engagement strategies. Oversee stock management, inventory reconciliations, and loss prevention activities to optimize full-price selling and minimize shrinkage. Ensure execution of CRM initiatives, utilization of clienteling tools, and coordination of local product launches and events. Maintain visual merchandising standards, store presentation, payroll accuracy, and adherence to company policies and safety procedures. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage high-performing teams. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze sales reports, identify trends, and implement corrective strategies. Experience in clienteling and driving positive client experiences that deliver measurable results.
