Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are looking for Assistant Restaurant Managers to help lead our team at Dunkin'! The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the General Manager in building a team of dedicated people who deliver great guest experiences and strong results. They help develop Crew Members and Shift Leaders, oversee daily operations, and ensure standards are consistently met. Responsibilities Team Leadership Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing employees Communicate job expectations and hold team members accountable Provide coaching, training, and feedback to support team development Foster a respectful and positive work environment Operational Excellence Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant Ensure shifts are staffed appropriately to meet service goals Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment (safety, sanitation, and food safety standards) Ensure brand standards, procedures, and systems are consistently executed Review guest feedback and operational assessments to drive improvements Profitability & Results Support cost control to maximize profitability Help execute marketing promotions and product rollouts Train team members on new products and promotions Drive sales goals, track performance, and support continuous improvement Skills and Qualifications Previous restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Proficient in math, writing, and basic computer skills At least 18 years of age (where applicable) High school diploma or equivalent required (college a plus) Knowledge of financial management and P&L basics preferred Competencies Focus on Guests Exceeds guest expectations with urgency and care Resolves concerns using guest recovery practices Looks for opportunities to improve guest satisfaction Passion for Results Sets and maintains high standards for self and others Meets or exceeds performance goals Uses reports and metrics to identify opportunities and deliver results Problem Solving & Decision Making Identifies issues quickly and implements solutions Uses available information to make sound decisions Empowers others to resolve problems when appropriate Team Building & Relationships Develops and maintains strong relationships with team members Operates with integrity and respect Encourages collaboration and accountability Recognizes and rewards team performance Developing Others Provides ongoing coaching and feedback Creates opportunities for growth and skill development Supports training and resources to strengthen team capabilities Business & Financial Acumen Understands competition and guest needs to drive business decisions Reviews key financial metrics to identify trends and set goals Helps manage resources to improve profitability and performance Founded in 1950, Dunkin' is America's favorite all-day, everyday stop for coffee and baked goods.
