Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality therapy through individual sessions, family therapy, and group workshops, addressing a wide range of mental health issues.

• Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor progress to identify effective interventions, ensuring documentation is completed within set timeframes.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to conduct anger management, coping skills training, and enhance social skills for clients.

• Engage collaboratively with our Child Family Treatment Team to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.

• Participate in regular team meetings, providing insights and recommendations to improve service delivery.

• Adapt therapeutic approaches to fit the unique dynamics and needs of families, utilizing a wellness model to highlight strengths in each individual.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your main focus will be working with diverse populations, including both youth and adults, offering culturally sensitive services to address varying mental health challenges. You will support individuals and families affected by behavioral issues, emotional distress, and underlying psychological conditions, helping them to navigate their circumstances with confidence and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
\n
• A valid and active LMFT license in California is essential.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience is expected.
\n
• Availability for evening sessions from approximately 4 PM to 7 PM at least 5-10 hours per week.
\n
• A valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle for in-home sessions.
\n
• Successful candidates must pass a criminal background check, which includes fingerprinting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with positive behavior support techniques and interventions.

• A familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices in family systems.

• Prior engagement with multi-disciplinary teams and community resources.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
