We are looking for a personable and dependable Member Support Specialist to provide responsive assistance and professional service to customers.
The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, answering questions, researching solutions, and developing positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for member inquiries
- Respond professionally to questions and requests
- Identify individual needs
- Research available options and solutions
- Assist with reservation and account-related questions
- Coordinate requests with providers
- Maintain accurate communication records
- Provide timely follow-up
- Assist with updates when needed
- Help resolve routine concerns
- Build positive relationships through consistent service
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Customer-focused attitude
- Strong listening abilities
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable communicating online
- Basic computer proficiency
