Your Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of routine and complex clinical laboratory tests, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following established protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy of test results, resolve errors, and carry out preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as situations demand.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, contribute to the training of new staff or students, and maintain high lab quality standards.
• Foster a clean, safe laboratory environment and comply with all regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required within your first year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your time with us.
