Executive Assistant

Our client, a growing construction and engineering organization, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its CEO. This is a high-impact role for a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a complex executive calendar, meetings, travel, and daily priorities.
  • Serve as a key point of contact on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and confidential documents.
  • Coordinate board meetings, charitable events, and special projects.
  • Track deadlines, action items, and follow-up activities.
  • Support select personal responsibilities, including travel, scheduling, and event coordination.
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of administrative experience, including 5+ years supporting senior executives.
  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Construction or engineering industry experience is a plus.
The Ideal Candidate You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with the ability to stay two steps ahead. You are comfortable working with a direct, detail-focused executive, managing competing priorities, and handling both business and personal matters with professionalism and discretion.
