This role requires a strong hands-on engineer who can architect scalable solutions, drive engineering best practices, mentor other developers, and lead development efforts across multiple initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using the MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js). Lead technical design discussions and make architecture decisions for complex systems. Break down complex business requirements into technical solutions. Mentor and coach junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance. Drive code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to development standards. Collaborate with product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Identify technical risks and proactively propose mitigation strategies. Lead the team through challenging technical problems and production issues.Required Experience: 8+ years of software development experience, with strong expertise in the MEAN Stack. Deep knowledge of Angular, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, TypeScript, JavaScript, REST APIs, and microservices. Experience designing and implementing scalable, high-performance applications. Strong understanding of software design patterns, security, and system architecture. Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers. Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of handling complex technical challenges.
