Concrete Coating Specialist

Abt Electronics has an immediate opening for the position of Concrete Coating Specialist. Primary duties include: Surface Preparation:Mechanically profile concrete using industrial diamond grinders, vacuums, and crack-repair systems to ensure maximum adhesion. Coating Application:Mix and apply polyurea base coats, broadcast decorative flakes, and roll clear top coats according to manufacturer specifications. Equipment Management: Load/unload trucks, maintain high-powered plural-component spray or mixing equipment, and keep jobsites clean and organized. Customer Service:Interact professionally with clients on-site and ensure the finished project meets 5-star quality standards Qualifications & Requirements Experience: (2+) years of hands-on home improvement, painting, or concrete coating experience (Preferred but not strictly required—we will train the right, coachable candidate). Physical Fitness: Capable of frequent bending, kneeling, walking, and standing for long periods, with the ability to lift up to (70) lbs. Work Ethic: High attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and a reliable, on-time mindset.
