VP, Head of Solutions Engineers

Drive strategic growth, new logo acquisition, and long-term client retention across key client segments. Partner with senior leadership on market strategy, competitive analysis, and market segmentation. Identify emerging market trends and commercial opportunities to influence product direction and business strategy. Serve as a senior client-facing advisor in strategic prospect and customer engagements. Lead executive-level presentations, solution workshops, and complex demonstrations. Act as a strategic resource for Sales on solution positioning, demo strategy, and competitive opportunities. Partner across Product, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Support to ensure solution readiness and successful execution. Requirements 15+ years of Buy Side investment management technology and/or operations experience Strong familiarity with OMS, PMS, and related investment management platforms Demonstrated success in senior leadership roles spanning product strategy, presales, solutions consulting, or commercial leadership. Strong executive presence and ability to influence at senior levels internally and externally. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel as needed (approximately 30%).
