Salary: $157,640 - 210,910 per year Requirements:
- Strong command of modern AI concepts, including large language models, prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation, and autonomous agent architectures
- Proven ability to build with contemporary AI tools, low-code or pro-code AI builders, and Agentforce or similar agent frameworks
- Experience operating within complex development orgs and customer sandbox environments, with the ability to configure, test, and deploy prototype solutions safely
- Deep knowledge of banking, wealth management, or insurance, including their processes, compliance needs, and customer challenges
- Ability to identify agentic use cases and connect them to business outcomes and return on investment
- Excellent presentation, narrative, and workshop facilitation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Lead interactive AI and Agentforce workshops for executive stakeholders, showing what is possible and guiding deployment conversations
- Design and build proof of concepts and proof of technology in development orgs and customer sandbox environments to validate architecture and feasibility
- Partner closely with customer technical and business teams to co-create prototype solutions and ensure shared ownership
- Explain complex AI architectures and agentic use cases in a way that clearly communicates business value to senior financial leaders
