Healthcare Recruiter

Seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter, the full-time remote position will manage full-cycle recruiting across various business functions, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified and diverse talent while partnering with hiring managers Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or high-growth environments Proven experience sourcing and recruiting for various professional-level roles Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills
