Phase 1 Equity is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support daily financial operations and GAAP-compliant reporting. You will handle GL postings, reconciliations, and month-end tasks while partnering with internal teams to maintain accurate records. The role requires 3–5 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
