Estate Planning Attorney

Location: [Gaithersburg, Greenbelt, or Frederik, MD] • Full-Time We are a growing, multi-state law firm looking for an Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. This role handles client consultations, drafts core estate planning documents, and assists with probate/trust administration as needed. Ideal for an attorney who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys client interaction. Responsibilities Conduct estate planning consultations and advise clients. Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. Support probate and trust administration matters. Work collaboratively with paralegals and staff to manage caseload efficiently. Maintain accurate files and provide timely communication to clients. Qualifications J.D. and active license in at least MD . Estate planning experience preferred (3–5+ years). Strong communication and drafting skills. Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines.
