ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Amanda Kimber - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Act as a helping hand for all departments when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Able to work independently without micromanagement.
• Positive attitude, upbeat personality and mindset.
• Comfortable potentially moving into a sales role down the line.
• Must obtain licensing prior to official start date (licensing costs are covered by agency and candidates will receive a bonus once licenses are obtained).

SCHEDULE:

• Monday-Friday, 9am-1pm (flexible on exact hours)
• Ideally this role would eventually turn into full-time
