Job Details

We're seeking an experienced accounting professional to lead core financial operations and ensure compliance across U.S. and international entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger functions: AP, AR, payroll, accruals, and prepaids
• Lead monthly/quarterly/year-end close and financial reporting
• Ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, including ASC 606 revenue recognition
• Oversee UK subsidiary accounting and statutory reporting
• Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules
• Support audits, tax filings, and financial statement prep
• Maintain internal controls and accounting policies
• Drive system improvements and automation
• Mentor junior accounting staff

Qualifications

• Based in Florida preferred; remote within state acceptable
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
• 5+ years experience, including 2+ in SaaS, tech, or public accounting
• Strong U.S. GAAP and ASC 606 expertise
• Experience with international accounting and UK compliance a plus
• Proficient in NetSuite or similar ERP
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement
