Flexible shirts available Medical/Dental/Vision insurance Holiday pay Room for advancement Job Details Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on packaging equipment (conveyors, fillers, sealers, labelers, etc.) Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize production downtime Conduct equipment inspections and identify potential failures before they occur Support line changeovers, setups, and equipment adjustments to meet production specifications Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to diagnose and repair equipment Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve efficiency and reliability Ensure compliance with all safety standards, including OSHA and company policies Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades Maintain spare parts inventory and recommend improvements to reduce failures Interested in hearing more?
