Job Full Description

Company in Ridgeland MS is looking for an accounting clerk to join their team! The pay is $16.50/hour but will increase to $18.50/hour after 6 months!! This position is M-F, 8am to 5pm.

General Duties:

Entering data from various locations daily into an ERP accounting system.
Enter receiving/production/deliveries, balance reports, review and adjust inventories, voucher/code monthly bills, switchboard coverage, process ingredient invoices (match with proper documentation).
Provide reports for audits and any other duties assigned.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience with accounts payable, inventory and receptionist experience.
Microsoft Office Products, good communication, strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask is necessary!
