Customer Success Manager

A high-growth, AI-native RegTech company serving registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, and other regulated financial institutions is building out its customer success function. The platform consolidates compliance workflows including surveillance, archiving, marketing review, and regulatory reporting into a single intelligent system, replacing a fragmented stack of legacy tools. About the Role This is an early, high-ownership seat. You'll carry a multi-million dollar book of business from day one and help build the playbooks the function will run on as the company scales. If you've worked in FinServ compliance SaaS and want real scope, real equity upside, and a seat at the table, this is built for you. This role is 5 days a week in office. Responsibilities Portfolio of RIA, BD, and institutional clients from mid-market to enterprise. Post-sale onboarding, activation, and driving clients to measurable value fast. Executive relationships across CCOs, compliance officers, and C-suite stakeholders. Full renewal cycle end-to-end including strategy, commercial terms, and close. Cross-sell and upsell across the platform's compliance module suite. Voice of the customer internally with a direct feedback loop to product and engineering. Qualifications 3 to 7 years in CS or account management at a B2B SaaS company serving financial services firms. Direct RegTech or FinServ compliance experience, you know how CCOs think and how decisions get made. Comfortable owning commercial outcomes, not just relationship health. Consultative communicator who can speak to both compliance operators and executive stakeholders. High ownership orientation and comfortable building in an early-stage environment. Required Skills Experience in customer success or account management. Understanding of RegTech and FinServ compliance. Ability to manage executive relationships. Preferred Skills Experience in a high-growth startup environment. Familiarity with compliance workflows and tools.
