Customer Success Manager

Our platform makes it easier for manufacturers to collect, report, and act on environmental data. We've landed industry-leading customers and we're scaling fast. Now we're expanding our Customer Success Team for our fastest growing customer segment, Ready Mix Concrete. Responsibilities Own post-sale success and project management for Ready Mix Concrete customers: onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion Manage multiple projects at once, tracking milestones, coordinating across teams, and keeping delivery on track Build and execute success plans aligned with customer goals and Pathways' product capabilities Partner with Product and Engineering to surface feedback and help shape roadmap priorities Track customer health, usage, and adoption metrics to identify risks and opportunities Qualifications Knowledge of the concrete industry is a must, you need to speak the lingo, understand the industry dynamics, and know how the key players operate 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success or Project Management Strong project management skills; you keep complex work streams organized and moving Technically adept: you can grasp and communicate technical concepts Comfortable with AI tools; you use AI in daily workflows to stay organized, efficient, and proactive Driven by Pathways' mission to decarbonize the built environment Must be fully authorized to work in the United States and not require visa sponsorship #J-18808-Ljbffr
