Our Client is hiring a Bilingual in Spanish Data Entry Office Warehouse Clerk for a growing kitchen cabinet manufacturer and wholesaler in the Greater Chicago area. If you have strong computer skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

The Data Entry Office Warehouse Clerk serves as the communication link between the warehouse and customer service teams. This role is responsible for processing orders, maintaining accurate system data, assisting walk-in customers, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a warehouse office environment.

Job Qualifications Include:

• Basic computer skills required.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Associate degree or college coursework preferred.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing customer orders.

• Enter and process order information accurately in NetSuite.

• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers picking up warehouse orders.

• Communicate professionally and promptly with customers and team members through chat and in-person interactions.

• Ensure order information is accurate and complete.

• Support warehouse and customer service operations as needed.

• Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Job Details Include:

• Job Title: Data Entry Office Warehouse Clerk

• Schedule: Monday - Friday

• Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Up to $19.00/hour

• Employment Type: Full-Time
