Find your next opportunity today!Description of WorkThe Health Care Technician II serves as a role model and mentor to other HCT I’s throughout the facility and provides quality care to patients on 1 Oak. The Adolescent Unit is a co-ed, inpatient unit serving individuals from the ages of 12-17. The objective of the adolescent unit is to provide a safe and structured environment for crisis stabilization. As an essential member of a multidisciplinary care team, the HCT II practices therapeutic principles when providing care to the patients they serve. Nursing care is performed under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management PreferencesRecruitment Range: $31,235 - $46,852*A Sign-on bonus of $15,000 may be offered to the successful applicant(s) of this posting who apply between June 1st - August 31st, 2026, contingent on the 2025-2026 Budget Approval.CNA's (Nursing Department Only)Total $15,000Receive $4,000 in 1st paycheckReceive $5,000 after 12 consecutive months.Receive $6,000 after 18 consecutive months.Candidates must now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement.The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)/ Management Preferences are not required.
