Overview
Registered Nurse – Med Surg, travel assignment in the Atlanta, GA area. This is a 13‑week temporary shift starting 08/17/2026 with a weekly pay rate of $1,623 to $1,725 and guaranteed 36 hours per week. Day shift with 12‑hour shifts on a 3‑day cycle (12x3) in a high‑volume Med/Surg unit within an acute‑care setting. This position is with a travel staff model through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult Med/Surg patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Administer medications and therapies per policy; monitor patient response and document in the EPIC EMR.
- Monitor patient status, vital signs, and laboratory results; respond to changes and escalate to the care team as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, participate in rounds, and communicate updates to the care plan.
- Perform wound care, IV therapy, catheter management, pain control, and discharge education as appropriate.
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and adherence to evidence‑based practice and regulatory standards.

Requirements
- Active RN license; Nursys license verification as part of the profile; GA licensure preferred for local practice
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience
- EPIC EMR experience required
- No time off requests accepted during the assignment (no RTO)
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced acute‑care Med/Surg setting
- Candidate profile must include: resume with no gaps greater than 60 days; Skills Checklist; References; Certification Card; Nursys License Verification; load demographic information including badge‑appropriate photo
