Shift Details: Clinic Hours 7:00 AM‑5:30 PM, scheduled hours TBD. Holidays: No. Weekends: No. Job Summary The Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) delivers an exceptional patient experience for "front of house"/patient facing needs. The PASR proactively greets patients and visitors and creates a helpful, positive, welcoming and friendly patient environment. The role provides outstanding customer service both in person and on the phone. Experience A minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist/assistant or in a customer service field. Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not necessary. Education High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Special Skills Effective communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to multi‑task. Strong proactive organizational skills are a must. Must have excellent customer service skills and be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is preferred.
