Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a wide array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This diverse patient population requires you to employ a range of therapeutic modalities, fostering an adaptive and personalized approach to mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• Must possess full licensure to practice independently in New Jersey (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD) as mandated by the State Board.

• Prior experience in outpatient therapy settings is highly desirable.

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
