This role is ideal for individuals with sales, marketing, customer service, transportation, or community outreach experience who enjoy engaging people face-to-face and achieving measurable results. As a Driver Recruitment Specialist, you will represent our transportation services and actively identify, engage, educate, and assist prospective drivers through the enrollment process. Key Responsibilities Prospect and engage potential drivers in and around the IAH airport area. Explain driver program benefits, earning opportunities, and requirements. Assist interested drivers with completing applications and onboarding documents. Follow up with prospective drivers to ensure successful completion of the registration process. Attend recruitment events, outreach campaigns, and networking opportunities. Track leads, applications, and completed enrollments using company-provided tools. Maintain a professional and positive representation of the company. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly driver recruitment goals. Qualifications Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable approaching and speaking with strangers. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Reliable transportation. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Smartphone and basic technology skills. Preferred: Experience in sales, customer acquisition, recruiting, marketing, or customer service. Knowledge of the airport, transportation, rideshare, limousine, shuttle, or logistics industries. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
