Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of clients’ mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the unique needs, goals, and preferences of each client, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Employ therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate progress.

• Provide ongoing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with federal and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.
