Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that explore clients' histories, strengths, and challenges to inform treatment strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care in individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that set achievable goals and interventions based on assessment findings, continually monitoring and adjusting as necessary.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and holistic care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans when needed to ensure client safety.

• Lead therapeutic groups, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that enhance the client's experience and promote community building among participants.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards to reflect therapy processes and client progress.

Qualifications\n
