Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Agile Body Therapy & Home Care, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions using a variety of modalities and techniques, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices aimed at recovery.
• Educate and inform patients and their families about the treatment procedures and expected outcomes, fostering a transparent communication channel.
• Monitor and document patients' progress carefully, utilizing tools and electronic health record systems to ensure accurate tracking of outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare providers to enhance patient care experience, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach in treatment planning.
• Provide consultations in patients' homes when necessary, employing targeted therapeutic techniques conducive to their healing processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be treating a varied demographic of patients, including those with orthopedic conditions, neurological disorders, pediatric cases, and sports-related injuries. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possess a valid State License in Physical Therapy to practice in Virginia.
• Have Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent organization.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits
