Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Tri Flexsi, your daily responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at optimizing patient care:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical capabilities and functional limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals, employing evidence-based practices to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
• Deliver hands-on therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and movement training to help patients regain strength and mobility.
• Effectively collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure a seamless continuum of care for each patient.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications that support recovery and pain management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records through electronic health records (EHR) systems to track progress and support clinical decision-making.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives designed to raise awareness about orthopedic health and promote the clinic's services.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress and adapt treatment approaches based on interdisciplinary feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with a diverse range of patients, primarily those dealing with orthopedic injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
