Work Environment

The position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, where you will work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including variable weekends as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, examining their physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans that address functional limitations and disabilities.
• Regularly engage with patients to implement their treatment plans, educate them on therapeutic exercises, and motivate them throughout their recovery journey.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care and continuity, sharing insights on patients' progress and treatment adjustments as necessary.
• Document all patient interactions and therapy outcomes accurately, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Participate in leadership activities such as community outreach programs, continuing education initiatives, and mentorship for staff and trainees.
• Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring that all equipment is in proper working condition and that therapeutic spaces are conducive to treatment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
