Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couple, family, and child therapy using evidence-based methodologies to address mental health concerns.

• Regularly communicate with the Utilization Review and Business Departments to navigate authorization and payment processes efficiently.

• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment outcomes promptly and accurately, complying with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in outreach efforts to connect clients with local resources that can enhance their support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families navigating the complexities of end-of-life care through hospice services. These clients may face a range of issues including grief, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Through your contributions, you will help clients find peace, understanding, and coping mechanisms during one of the most challenging transitions in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload management skills.
