As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology-focused location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control and alarm response while delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.75 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a corporate technology workplace by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, lobbies, parking facilities, building perimeters, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain an orderly workplace environment. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed. Complete accurate reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation while communicating professionally with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Access control/badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
