As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a dynamic technology environment, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $21.75 / Hour Job Schedule Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a corporate technology office by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, entrances, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify and report security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures. Complete detailed activity reports, document incidents and observations, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
