*As an Occupational Therapist, you will:*

* Evaluate and treat patients with cognitive, functional, and ADL impairments
* Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
* Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions including:
* ADL retraining
* Therapeutic activities
* Therapeutic exercises
* Modalities
* Adaptive equipment training
* Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
* Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
* Participate in discharge planning and caregiver education
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation

*Qualifications*

* Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR)
* All experience levels welcome

* Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred but not required
