Litigation Paralegal (BI)

Your Role: The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal with three or more years of prior Insurance Defense experience. Solid experience with bodily injury cases highly preferred. Background in pre-suit, civil litigation, auto negligence and/or general liability, a plus. What You Bring: Prior experience in insurance defense litigation and/or general liability, preferred. Prior experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills needed. Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures preferred. Your Day-to-Day: Summarize medical records, bills and supporting documents, as well as create medical chronologies and bill summaries. Communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel effectively in a team environment. Competent in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe & Excel. Must be task orientated.
