Product Owner (Improvements)

Role Description

As a Product Owner (Improvements) you will define the product vision, prioritize features and ensure the development team delivers valuable gaming experiences. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and developers, driving innovation and enhancing user engagement in a competitive market.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive the development and lead the implementation of Live Casino product features across mobile, tablet, desktop, and other platforms within an Agile environment.
• Craft detailed and precise written specifications for new features and improvements.
• Define and communicate product vision together with teams of Developers, Designers, Testers, Studio team and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Developers, Designers, Testers, Studio teams, and other stakeholders to articulate and align on the product vision.
• Work closely with Business Intelligence teams to leverage data insights in product development.
• Oversee execution by setting and monitoring daily, short-term, and long-term goals to ensure projects stay on track.
• Resolve product development challenges and prioritize features based on business needs and user feedback.
• Assist Marketing, Business Development, and Account Management teams to meet revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction to support correlated goals.
• Ensure new features and improvements undergo thorough usability and performance evaluations, including focus group testing when applicable.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay competitive.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years as a Product Owner with software development teams, demonstrating a strong understanding of the software development process.
• Exceptional ability to analyze and interpret complex data to drive product decisions.
• Proven experience working with both established and new teams, providing challenges and support to foster continuous improvement.
• Effective remote work skills with a strong ability to manage tasks and communication in a distributed environment.
• A successful track record in driving product concepts and delivering robust solutions in collaboration with your teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining precision and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset and a strong drive to keep projects moving forward - motivating teams, clearing roadblocks, and making sure everything stays on track and on time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Professional proficiency in English, verbally and written.
