Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Ripple Embrace Wellness, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the needs and dynamics of each family or couple, creating individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique situations.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for couples, addressing issues that impact their relationships, while also providing individual counseling to each partner as needed.

• Tackle a variety of challenges, including but not limited to conflicts among family members, grief and loss, communication barriers, job stress, and issues related to blended families.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies tailored to each client, such as systemic therapy, cognitive-behavioral approaches, and integrative strategies.

• Track and document client progress comprehensively, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal guidelines in mental health practice.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to discuss cases and share insights, continually seeking to improve treatment strategies and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele comprises a diverse mix of individuals, couples, and families, each bringing their unique backgrounds and challenges. You will work closely with adults as well as children and adolescents, addressing a wide range of issues like alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, family conflicts, and the adjustments surrounding separation and divorce. Qualifications\n

• Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active state license.
