Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough examinations and evaluations of patients to identify functional limitations and disabilities.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that address specific patient needs and goals.
• Providing ongoing consultations to healthcare providers regarding the patient's continuum of care and progress.
• Maintaining high standards of patient care by effectively communicating with patients of all ages and cultural backgrounds.
• Implementing treatment plans, regularly re-evaluating patient progress, and ensuring compliance with all documentation standards.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary treatment teams and physicians to optimize patient care strategies.
• Participating in community outreach initiatives and contributing to quality improvement programs within the clinic.
• Documenting treatments and charges accurately for services rendered, while supervising assigned support staff as necessary.
• Engaging in professional development through self-study and continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves a diverse patient population with orthopedic needs, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• BLS Certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer skills, enabling effective documentation and communication with team members.

Compensation and Benefits
