Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients through comprehensive assessments to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and rehabilitation goals.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans as necessary, integrating up-to-date techniques and protocols from ongoing professional education.
• Deliver direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications, to promote recovery effectively.
• Document patient progress meticulously, utilizing health record systems to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage with patients and their families to educate them about home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications to enhance recovery prospects.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits
