Work Environment

The position is onsite at our modern rehabilitation facility, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and resources to support effective physical therapy. The typical schedule runs Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life commitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions to assess their functional abilities.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect assessment findings, focusing on the patients' specific ailments and rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques, including hands-on methods and tailored exercise regimens, to promote mobility restoration, pain relief, and functional improvements.
• Educate patients on effective body mechanics, posture correction, and preventative strategies to minimize future injuries.
• Track and document patients' progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Collaborate with a variety of healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care, including engaging with specialists as needed.
• Maintain precise and detailed patient records, documenting treatment interventions, patient responses, and outcomes as part of our commitment to quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
