Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients while conducting initial assessments.

• Regularly meet with clients for individual and group therapy sessions, providing guidance and emotional support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with a varied scope of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. The goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, relationships, and overall mental health. Many of our clients may also present with co-occurring disorders, including substance use challenges, requiring you to be adept in integrated treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
