Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work, providing flexibility while ensuring that our LCSW has access to necessary resources and support within our digital infrastructure. Our flexible scheduling accommodates both 4x10 and 5x8 work shifts during the hours of 8 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will perform a variety of essential functions, including:

• Providing psychotherapy and counseling across individual, group, couples, and family formats.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ social, personal, environmental, and health-related histories to formulate personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Evaluating and addressing mental health issues within the scope of practice, including but not limited to crisis interventions, behavioral health concerns, and emotional distress.

• Coordinating programs that meet clients’ varied social and emotional needs, ensuring each plan aligns with best practices in mental health care.

• Documenting client interactions, treatment progress, and evaluations in compliance with established protocols, keeping caseloads updated.

• Regularly assessing the effectiveness of treatment services and refining approaches based on client feedback and clinical outcomes.

• Maintaining respectful and trusting relationships with clients to promote their well-being and therapeutic success.

• Providing referrals to community resources as needed and facilitating connections for additional support.

As an LCSW at Mountain Side Counseling & Wellness Center, you will work with a broad and diverse client population facing various challenges, including mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this rewarding position ranges from $85,000 to $104,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
