• Support specimen collection and preparation tasks as needed to ensure prompt and efficient testing.
• Meticulously document procedures, offer guidance to new staff or students, and contribute to the lab's high quality standards.
• Maintain a pristine and secure work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health field complemented by ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
